Who We Are?
OMG Fitness brings the workout to you. Our focus is primarily on private classes that are conducted outdoors. We provide you with certified personal trainers who will customise the class towards your needs and goals. All of OMG Fitness personal trainers are certified from at least one of these fitness entities: ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA and have a valid current license. OMG Fitness believes that personal training is the most effective when you wish to discover what works best for you and how you can improve your current fitness level. Just like any other exercise, there is no fixed number of classes to complete. Your fitness journey has to always be consistent. With the help from our personal trainers to keep your head in the game, you will always have a supporter throughout this wonderful journey.
